Terms of Use
Last updated September 5, 2026
Agreement
These terms cover your use of ivydentallab.com — the Ivy Dental Lab website, lab slip tool, and pickup scheduling. By using the site, you agree to them. This site is built for dental practices in Orange County and the surrounding area, not for patients directly.
Site content
Descriptions of our services, materials, and turnaround estimates are provided for general information and are not guarantees. Nothing on this site is a substitute for your own clinical judgment as the treating dentist.
Lab slip and case submissions
When you submit a lab slip through the site, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide — shade, materials, instructions, and patient details. We fabricate each case based on what's submitted and the impressions or scans you send separately. If something looks off on delivery, tell us — we'll make it right without argument.
Dental laboratories performing prescription-based fabrication work like ours are treated under HIPAA as health care providers, not business associates — no Business Associate Agreement governs the case information you send us, and nothing here should be read as implying one exists. Any obligations around patient privacy remain yours as the submitting practice.
Pickup scheduling
You can cancel a scheduled pickup any time before the window begins, using the link in your confirmation email. Once a pickup window has started, it can no longer be cancelled online — call us instead. We reserve the right to reschedule a pickup if something on our end prevents us from making it.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, and branding belong to Ivy Dental Lab. You're welcome to reference or link to it, but please don't reproduce it elsewhere without asking us first.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ivy Dental Lab isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This doesn't limit any separate agreement or invoice terms covering the cases we fabricate for your practice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
